HPX Transfer Film – High Quality, Temperature Stable, Double-Sided Coated – Size 50 × 35 cm

This transparent, double-sided coated and temperature stable screen printing transfer film is the ideal solution for single or multi-color transfers using plastisol inks. HPX is a “hot-peel” film, which means that it peels off immediately after opening the heat press. Thanks to its transparency, the film can be positioned with millimetric precision. It is suitable for use with INVOTRANSFER hot melt adhesive and PLAST PF plastisol paints

Processing

The foil is attached to the printing plate of the machine using spray adhesive and printed in the usual way. Once the hot melt adhesive has been applied and gelled, the transfer film can be pressed directly onto the fabric. It is a hot-peel film, meaning it is removed immediately after being pressed with a heat press.

Technical data

• Printable side: printable on both sides
• Transparency: the film is transparent and can therefore be placed on the textile with millimetre precision
• Film thickness: 100 microns (100 µm)
• Static charge: the film is treated with an antistatic treatment, so that the transfer adhesive only sticks to the colour during application, not to the rest of the transfer film
• Stability: the film is very dimensionally and temperature stable. It can therefore be partially flash-dried. This makes it ideal for multi-colour transfers
• Peeling: instant hot-peel. The film must be peeled off hot immediately after pressing
• Sheet size: 50 × 35 cm
• Storage: store in a dry environment at room temperature
