DEGREASER25 is a degreasing concentrate in a ratio of 1:25. It is used to mix the degreaser ready for use. This ready-to-use degreaser is used for optimal fabric preparation of new and used screen printing frames. If the screen printing frames are to be recoated with photoemulsion, it is recommended to degrease the screen beforehand. All dust and grease residues that could cause separation between the emulsion and the fabric are effectively removed.
Instructions for use
DEGREASE25 concentrate is mixed with clean water in a ratio of 1:25. The ready-to-use degreaser should ideally be applied liberally to both sides of the dry sieve using a pump bottle. The degreaser can be applied with a soft sponge. After about 5 minutes of exposure, the strainer must be rinsed with clean water. Before applying the photoemulsion, the frame must dry in an environment as dusty as possible.
