DEGREASER is a ready-to-use degreaser in a practical spray bottle. It is used to prepare the sieve. If new or already cleaned frames are to be coated with emulsion, the screen must be thoroughly degreased beforehand. If the fabric is not pre-degreased, residue on the screen can have a separating effect between the fabric and the transfer layer.
Result: The emulsion does not have to stick to the entire surface of the sieve. Sieve degreaser is available in a practical 1000 ml spray bottle.

Application

Apply a sufficient amount of DEGREASER to both sides. To help, you can apply the degreaser with a sponge. The duration of action is around 2 to 3 minutes. The fabric must then be washed with clean, lukewarm water. Before applying the photoemulsion, the frame must dry in a dust-free environment. The degreaser should not dry on the fabric.
