UTRASTRIP25 is a biodegradable demulsifier concentrate (ratio 1:25). It can be easily and cheaply mixed with many liters of highly effective ready-to-use photo emulsion remover. The stripper mixed in this way will reliably remove all single-component emulsions, diazo photoemulsions and capillary films from the fabric.
Mixing
The concentrate is mixed with clean water in the ratio: 1 part concentrate to 20-25 parts water. Example of use: 50 ml of concentrate + 1 liter of water. It should be noted that a higher dosage does not necessarily lead to a better effect, but may even have the opposite effect. The product should therefore be mixed at a maximum ratio of 1:10.
Application of the finished product
First, it is necessary to remove all paint residues from the sieve using
a sieve cleaner . In this way, the agent can act directly on the emulsion. The ready-to-use peeler is then liberally applied to both sides of the screen using a spray pump. After 3-5 minutes of action, it is recommended to remove the softened emulsion with a rough sponge. The sieve must then be rinsed with a strong stream of water (ideally with a high-pressure cleaner). When using, make sure that the peeler does not dry on the fabric. It should be washed off the fabric after the recommended exposure time of 3-5 minutes at the latest.
