INVOTRANSFER EXTRASOFT – Hot melt adhesive for flexible plastisol transfers and DTF with an extra soft surface

This hot melt adhesive allows you to create exceptionally soft and flexible DTF transfers using plastisol inks. Once gelled and pressed at the correct temperature, DTF transfers are extremely resistant to washing and usually last longer than the fabric itself.

• Suitable for fabrics made of: cotton, polyester, polyester-lycra blends
• Powder particle size: 80–200 μm
• Melting point: starts at approximately 95–115 °C.
• Transfer press settings: press at a temperature of 130–160 °C for 8–12 seconds with a pressure of approximately 5 bar.
• Washing temperature: up to 60 °C, usually also at higher temperatures
