Aluminum frame (profile 3cm x 2cm) covered with durable screen printing fabric made of high quality monofilament polyester and ready to use. All aluminum frames are pneumatically coated to a tension of 22N/cm, bonded with a two-component adhesive and suitable for any standard automatic or manual screen printing machine. Depending on the coated mesh, our frames can be used to print light and dark fabrics or materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, glass, ceramic, PVC, leather and wood.

If you are not sure which screen printing fabric is the best fit for your printing project at the beginning, choose the 55T mesh frames first. These screens are more or less versatile for textile printing. You can use it to print on light and dark t-shirts, bags or hoodies. If you do not want to print on textiles such as t-shirts, but plan to print graphics on paper, cardboard or PVC, then it would make sense to get screen printing frames that are coated with 80T or 90T mesh.
