The HDT1000 is the ideal solution for professional, single-color screen printing on t-shirts, sweatshirts, pullovers, jute bags, etc. With this handheld desktop device, perfect printing results are achieved on textiles as well as wood, leather and cardboard. Made of laser-cut steel, the device is robust and designed for continuous use. The machine does not require additional attachment to tables/worktops and is therefore portable.

Settings

For appropriate placement of the motif, the device has a pressure plate that can be adjusted laterally and in depth. Also, the frame holder is height adjustable by up to 5 cm and even allows printing on flat objects such as glass, wood or plastic panels. In this way, the exact placement of print motifs on the textile is guaranteed. This is an indispensable feature, especially with chest prints. The device holds frame profiles up to 3.5 cm.

Print area

The printing plate measures 55 x 45.5 cm and is perfectly suited for printing with frames in the standard 61 x 51 cm, 51 x 46 cm and 43 x 35 cm formats. The board has a cutout for easy centering of t-shirts and has a special surface treatment that is heat resistant up to 200°C, making it ideal for intermediate drying/fixing with heat with a heat gun or flash dryer. Assembling the machine is very easy thanks to the well-illustrated assembly instructions

Scope of delivery

HDT1000 screen printing machine, T-shirt-shaped printing plate, station hanger, assembly instructions, assembly tools. Also included in the delivery are four long screws with wing nuts, which optionally fix the machine firmly to the worktop or table. There are already four pre-drilled holes in the base. The pressure plate comes with a hinge, which not only allows for quick plate changes, but also allows the user to smoothly adjust the plate on the machine.
