Delivery time

We usually ship the goods on the same or the following working day after receiving your order. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time can be up to 2 weeks.

If we are not able to meet this deadline for any reason, we will inform you of this fact no later than the second day after receiving the order by e-mail or by phone.

On the day your order is shipped, we always send a notification by email - to the email address you entered when registering on our website. Therefore, do not forget to check the content of your e-mail box continuously!!!

The goods are delivered via International Post. Online tracking of shipments:

Attention, for shipments sent within Europe, if more than 1 week have passed since the dispatch of your order and you still have not received the shipment, please contact your post office, for example, it could happen that the postman did not reach you at home and forgot to notify you about storing your shipment at the post office. In this case, you have to go to the post office in your place of residence and pick up the parcel directly there!

Complaints and withdrawal from the contract

If necessary (e.g. inappropriate size, etc.), we will be happy to exchange unused and undamaged goods for you after prior agreement. If the goods are without obvious signs of wear or damage, we will immediately send you the new required size. The cost of postage associated with the exchange of goods is paid by the customer.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (according to § 1829 of the Civil Code). Within this period, the consumer must perform an act towards the seller, with which the current legal regulation connects the expression of will aimed at withdrawing from the contract (together with the variable symbol of the invoice) and within 14 days of this withdrawal at the latest, send the undamaged and undamaged goods, including a copy of the invoice and a cover letter, in which it will be stated that he is withdrawing from the concluded purchase contract.

The money will be returned to the buyer within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract, but not before the consumer hands over the goods or proves that he has sent the goods to the seller. In the event of a return of the goods, the money will be sent to the buyer's account, the number of which he is obliged to indicate in the accompanying letter of withdrawal from the purchase contract, but the condition is confirmation of receipt of the cancellation invoice. If the account number is not provided or the receipt of the cancellation invoice is not confirmed, the amount is automatically ready to be withdrawn with the help of another purchase or to be picked up in cash within the same period.
